The very best present we could receive is for you to join us on the occasion of our marriage and to have a lovely day with us.

We think that getting to a wedding is expensive in itself - especially for those who have to travel far and spend money on accommodation. Many of you are contributing your time and energy to this event and these are gifts which we are all very grateful for.

Homemade, handmade and second hand gifts are of course welcomed and much appreciated. Some people have also asked if they can buy or contribute to something special to mark the occasion and so to make it easier for the more traditional gift givers amongst you, we have come across this super website which will help to co-ordinate this. Above all, we treasure our time together and believe in the magic of creating memories. We have never had a family holiday and so this is what we are saving towards. We mean it when we say we do not expect gifts, but if you feel that you would like to make a small contribution towards helping us achieve a family holiday, then that would be fabulous.

Here’s how it works… You can either contribute towards the holiday fund or pay for something specific which will bring a bit of extra sparkle to our memory making! Then you’ll be asked to leave your name and a message for us. There are different payment options (including online, by cheque or simply in an envelope on the day), but the site will guide you through this (or you can get in touch with us or with the company - they are really helpful!)
